The Heart Behind Awaken
Awaken was born out of a very personal truth: women carry so much responsibility—at work, at home, in the world—and yet many don’t have a space where they can pause, reflect, and be poured into. I know this because I lived it.

After more than 20 years leading a top-performing sales team, I hit a wall. I had all the markers of success, but I knew I wasn’t fully aligned. I wanted more meaning. More purpose. More clarity on how to use my strengths to serve others in a bigger way.

That’s when Awaken began to take shape—not just as a business, but as a mission. A place where women leaders can step away from the noise, reconnect with who they are, and return to their work and lives with strategy, confidence, and soul.
