ACT is a curated advisory experience for women business owners and leaders who are ready to make stronger decisions, lead with greater clarity, and stop carrying the weight of business growth alone.

This is not a networking group. It is not a casual monthly meetup. ACT is a structured, facilitated Collective where women bring real decisions, real challenges, and real opportunities to the table and receive thoughtful strategy, accountability, and support from other capable leaders.

Because each Collective is intentionally built, membership begins with an application. This helps ensure that every woman in the room is ready to contribute, receive, and show up with the level of

commitment this experience requires.

ACT may be a strong fit for you if:

  • You are tired of making big decisions alone.

  • You want strategy, perspective, accountability, and follow-through.

What Happens After You Apply:

  • After you submit your application, I will personally review your responses. If ACT appears to be a strong fit, you will be invited into a next-step conversation or placed into the Collective that best aligns with your business stage, leadership capacity, and growth goals.

  • Because each ACT Collective is curated, applying does not automatically guarantee placement. The goal is not simply to fill a room. The goal is to build the right room.

ACT works best when members are consistently present. Are you able to prioritize monthly attendance and miss no more than one Collective meeting per calendar year, barring emergency circumstances?
ACT members participate in an annual business retreat designed for strategic planning and execution. Are you able to commit to this experience?
Are you willing to actively contribute to a high-trust, high-accountability environment where honest feedback and direct conversation are expected?
Do you agree to uphold strict confidentiality regarding all discussions within your ACT Collective?
