Hi, I’m Christy Dunn—founder of Awaken Professional Development and the Awaken Collaboration Team (ACT).

I work with women entrepreneurs and decision-makers who are ready to lead at a higher level; with clearer thinking, stronger execution, and greater ownership of the results they’re building.

After more than 20 years leading one of the top-performing sales organizations in the country, I made the decision to step away from the corporate model and build something different, something more intentional, more strategic, and more aligned with how women actually grow.

The Foundation Behind Awaken
Before Awaken, I spent over two decades leading and developingone of the top-performing sales organizations in the country.

I wasn’t just teaching strategy—I was living it.
Leading teams.
Driving performance.
Making decisions that impacted real people and real results.

And over time, I started to notice something. The biggest challenges women faced weren’t a lack of information.

That realization changed everything. I didn’t leave
