That’s why I created something new—The Awaken Collaboration Team (ACT). It’s more than a mastermind. It’s a monthly in-person gathering of like-minded leaders who are committed to growing themselves and each other through strategic brainstorming, resource sharing, accountability, and real-time support.


Every month, ACT members come together to:

  • Work through real business goals and challenges (in structured hot seat sessions)

  • Share tools, connections, and support

  • Set clear action steps and track progress

  • And, perhaps most importantly, never feel like they’re doing it alone again
